Abie has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Financial Management) from UNSW and was admitted into the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia in 1976.

He is a registered business broker and Small Business Consultant - NIES Management ConsultantAbie has a vast array of experience as a consultant in capital raising and debt re-financing, has acted for distressed companies, undertaken accounting and general management consulting and corporate advice, completed property development & feasibility studies, and led corporate reconstruction assignments.

Since 1995 Abie has also been Managing Director of Australian Franchise Marketing Pty Ltd (AFM) and Grocor Management Pty Ltd (Grocor).

Neale head’s up the firm’s Finance & Banking arm. He brings 25 years experience from within the financial services industry, after working with one of the big-four banks for 20 years.

Neale’s roles have included:

• working within a Private Bank looking after the finance & banking needs for some of Australia’s wealthiest and influential individuals
• managing a number of Business Banking client portfolios
• Credit manager, approving complex lending applications, devising strategy and writing lending policy

He has been well recognised throughout his career as a results oriented individual with particular strengths in sales & marketing, planning & organising, high-level client relationship skills and coaching & developing others. His commitment to excellence ensures that he brings a high level of achievement with every outcome.

Neale’s qualifications include an Associate Diploma in Business (Accounting). He is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (Finsia) and is a Full Member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).
